ATI has a current need for a full-timePlumber.ATI is seeking a highly motivated, qualified, and experienced Plumber. Position required to maintain and repair plumbing equipment and fixtures throughout a new facility located in Springfield, Virginia.


Great Pay and Benefits for a Plumber:


  • Competitive pay; $50.00-$60.00/hour depending on role, experience, and benefits selected
  • 11 annual paid holidays;
  • Minimum of 2 weeks of paid annual leave;
  • Up to 56 hours of annual paid sick time (based on the Service Contract Act);
  • Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance with 75% of the premiums paid by the company;

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:


  • Reading and interpreting blueprints;
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures;
  • Fitting and repairing appliances;
  • Cutting, welding, soldering, and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures;
  • Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance;
  • Possessing working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems;
  • Entering data into a Computerized Maintenance Management System; and
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment;
  • Journeyman Plumber or Master Plumber license;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • Experience with CMMS is a plus but not required.

Pay Rate: $50.00 - $60.00/hour depending on role, experience, and benefits selected


Location: Springfield, VA


Working Hours:Monday Friday (anticipate 40 hours per week). Operating hours on-site are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday; Shifts will consist of an 8-hour shift during those hours. On-call support will be required on an occasional basis.
