Residential Plumbing Service Manager | West Allis, Wisconsin | $85,000โ€“$105,000/year + estimated $8,500โ€“$10,000 commission

You know residential plumbing. Now you have the opportunity to use that experience to develop technicians, improve customer experiences, and lead a growing service team.

Youโ€™ll join a team with a century of innovation behind it, where safety, technology, and continuous improvement matter. In this role, youโ€™ll have a direct impact on technician development, field performance, customer satisfaction, and service results.

What youโ€™ll do:
โ€ข Lead residential plumbing service technicians and apprentices in the field
โ€ข Visit job sites to observe work, answer questions, and resolve field issues
โ€ข Coach technicians on technical skills, customer communication, service options, and job performance
โ€ข Mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, field visits, and ongoing feedback
โ€ข Help technicians improve sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining customer-focused service
โ€ข Set expectations for productivity, professionalism, safety, customer communication, and job completion
โ€ข Review service calls, estimates, and customer feedback to identify coaching opportunities

What you bring:
โ€ข Residential plumbing service experience
โ€ข Experience coaching, mentoring, supervising, or leading technicians
โ€ข Ability to coach technicians on customer communication and service options
โ€ข Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license
โ€ข Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent trade experience is preferred
