Plumber/Pipefitter

As a Plumber/Pipefitter, your work will embody our core mission: to be the preferred provider of comprehensive MEP solutions. You'll play a critical role in bringing precision and innovation to each project, ensuring every pipe perfectly fits and every system runs seamlessly. Your contributions will lay the foundation for long-lasting structures that serve communities across multiple states.

Performance Objectives
  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems efficiently to meet project deadlines and uphold industry standards.
  • Interpret and execute blueprints and technical diagrams, ensuring all installations align precisely with design schematics.
  • Collaborate on-site to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system challenges before they impact project timelines.
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all piping systems and fittings comply with safety regulations and company protocols.
  • Document and report completed tasks and any deviations from project plans for continual process improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors robustly.
  • Current licensure or certification relevant to plumbing/pipefitting is a plus.
