Summers of Warsaw Inc. is seeking a full-time HVAC Operations Manager (Plumbing Oversight) to join our team in Warsaw, IN.


Pay: This full-time, in-office position provides a stable work environment and a competitive salary of $80,000 – $85,000/year.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR HVAC AND PLUMBING MANAGER:

The HVAC and Plumbing Manager will work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM at our Warsaw, IN location. This position offers a regular daytime schedule with weekends off.


YOUR ROLE AS AN HVAC AND PLUMBING MANAGER:

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our HVAC and plumbing field teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that jobs are completed profitably, company processes are consistently followed, callbacks are minimized, and inventory is managed effectively. You will work closely with technicians and field crews to maintain high operational standards and ensure accountability throughout the team. Your focus will be on maintaining operational discipline and process compliance, safeguarding company margins, and supporting the General Manager's efforts to drive revenue and growth.


In order to do this, you'll need the following:

  • 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Experience managing technicians or field crews
  • Experience in improving operational processes and accountability
  • Strong focus on execution, operational discipline, and process enforcement
  • Ability to lead in a residential service environment, driving daily details and accountability
