Qualifications

· Must be able to legally work in the USA
* Must Have Valid Drivers License
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
* Must be able to use a tablet, smart phone and follow GPS.
· Must pass a background check once hired
· Must have a minimum of 2 years of plumbing experience
· High level of customer service
· Possess good oral communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with deadlines and prioritization skills.
· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.
Responsibilities

· Provide Excellent Customer Service.
