About Us: 

F.H. Furr is a high-culture, fast-growing leader in the residential home services business. With headquarters in Manassas, VA, and 16 offices throughout Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware, we cover a vast territory and have become a household name in plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services. We are currently looking to fill our Plumbing Service Manager role in Rockville, MD.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement 
  • Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships 
  • Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs 
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services 
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality and addressing customer concerns. Foster a customer-centric approach within the team 
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture. Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth
