Are you a seasoned plumbing professional with a knack for leadership and a commitment to high-quality workmanship?

CM Heating is seeking a dedicated Plumbing Manager to oversee our plumbing projects and lead a talented team of trade professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and supervision of all plumbing activities within our organization, ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

As our Plumbing Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your core responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of plumbers and apprentices while fostering a positive, safety-first work environment.

Project Oversight: Plan and schedule all installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work complies with local, state, and federal codes.

Operational Management: Manage the department budget, optimize resource allocation, and handle inventory for tools and materials.

Quality & Strategy: Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards, reduce call-backs, and improve overall revenue and productivity.

Client Relations: Communicate with clients to provide cost estimates, address concerns promptly, and ensure project expectations are met.

Administration: Maintain accurate records of permits, plans, and invoices, and manage the department’s on-call and dispatch schedules.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 5+ years in a related plumbing leadership position.

Certification: A relevant plumbing certification or license is required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and regulations, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Professionalism: Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
