Position Summary
As an Maintenance Technician Apprentice you will work alongside our experienced Maintenance Team to learn how to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the equipment that keeps our car washes running at peak performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning about mechanical and electrical systems. No car wash experience is required-we will provide training and development to help you build a long-term career with Big Dan's Car Wash.
You will travel between our Georgia locations with senior technicians, assisting with routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and unexpected repairs while gaining valuable experience in:
  • Electrical systems
  • Mechanical systems
  • Hydraulics
  • Pneumatics
  • Plumbing
  • Wash equipment and chemistry
  • Building maintenance and repairs

You'll also work closely with our operations teams and develop relationships with site leadership while learning the importance of safety, teamwork, and exceptional workmanship.
What You'll Do

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, and on-call support.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
