What You’ll Do:
  • Manual work at the journeyman level in the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems.
  • Performance of skilled plumbing tasks in maintaining, repairing, and servicing a variety of fixtures and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair work are performed independently.
  • Discuss plumbing malfunctions with customers to avoid future problems.
  • Use of software to report work completed and collect customer payments (COD).
  • Collaborate with other technicians to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 3+ years residential plumbing service and installation experience.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong finger and manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
  • Detail-oriented, organized and proficient of reading blueprints
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes
  • Willing to work in all types of weather
  • Considerable knowledge of standard tools, methods, and materials of the plumbing trade
  • Knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions of the work
  • Have a valid driver’s license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
  • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
  • Effectively manage call volume and day-to-day tasks; be able to work flexible schedules including overtime, as needed.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
