Superior Contracting & Maintenance is actively hiring experienced residential plumbing professionals to join our contractor network for ongoing maintenance and residential service work orders. We provide consistent work opportunities within your local coverage area through established partnerships with homeowners and property management companies.

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a trusted repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of industry experience, headquartered near Atlanta, GA. We support homeowners, residential communities, and property management groups across multiple states by delivering dependable maintenance and repair services.
Our plumbing contractors handle residential plumbing repairs, troubleshooting, replacements, and maintenance work while maintaining professional workmanship and strong communication standards.
Requirements
  • Must operate as an independent 1099 contractor
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of plumbing experience
  • Must own plumbing tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Must complete a brief onboarding process and portal walkthrough before receiving assignments
  • Comfortable using an online portal system for communication, updates, and photo uploads
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Must currently reside and work within the United States
Disqualifiers
  • No active insurance coverage
  • Inability to complete onboarding requirements
  • Poor communication or unreliable transportation
  • Lack of plumbing tools required for service work
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to residential plumbing service requests within assigned coverage areas
  • Diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently and professionally
  • Submit estimates for larger repair or replacement projects when necessary
  • Maintain communication and provide progress updates through the mobile portal
  • Complete work orders according to company and client expectations
  • Materials for approved work orders are provided by Superior Contracting & Maintenance
