Monarch Investment and Management is hiring a full-time Apartment Maintenance Technician in your city!

POSITION: Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician, full-time

SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs) 

COMPENSATION: $23-25 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more!

Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy
-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC
-Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned
-Exterior structural maintenance as needed
-Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed
-Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-2+ year experience in the maintenance field preferred

-1+ months experience in apartment maintenance
-Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience
-Plumbing and electrical experience
-EPA HVAC Certification a plus
-CPO Certification a plus
-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers
-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
