This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support our mission of delivering exceptional HVAC ans plumbing services to our valued customers in Wilmington, DE.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and returns.

Tool and cylinder management

Maintain accurate and assist with inventory stock audits.

Ensure the warehouse yard and dumster area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.

Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.

Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills for inventory management.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Forklift certification

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
