Job description

Encore at Parkside is currently hiring for a FT Plumber. The plumber is responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across 3 communities. When not working on plumbing tasks, the plumber will assist with general maintenance duties.

Responsibilities:

- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues

- Assist with general maintenance tasks (e.g., repairs, painting, landscaping)

- Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure community standards

- Travel between the 3 Encore Communities

Physical and Environmental Demands:

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Work in various environments (indoor/outdoor, temperatures vary)

- Stand, kneel, and climb for extended periods

- Wear PPE (personal protective equipment) as required

Requirements:

- 2+ years of plumbing experience

- Ability to work independently and with a team
