Role : Lead Consultant - Flex PLM
Duration: Full Time / Permanent
Location: Hillsboro, OR

Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred
At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 4 years of experience in solution design, development and analysis using Flex PLM, Configuration and Customization using Flex PLM 10.1 or above. Understanding of FLEX PLM UI (JSP, JSP Overrides, etc), underlying architecture including PDM Link is preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in conducting Product Demonstration, Requirement Workshop, Requirement Analysis and Effort Estimation, Testing and deploy solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in understanding of Product Development & Material Development practices, Agile or other iterative methodology experience preferred.
At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business
Analytical and Communication skills
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
