Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: Up to 46.43 / hour.

Schedule: Onsite/Flex - Part Time - 20/30 Hours a week

Duration: 2 years


Duties

As part of the Global Products Group, you will play a crucial role in the design and engineering of etch and deposition products. You will drive advancements integral to the design and development of products, leading cross-functional teams to execute engineering projects. Your focus on continuous improvement in the development lifecycle will be pivotal in optimizing and enhancing product offerings.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and document complex engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to collect inputs and develop documentation.
  • Translate complex technical content into simplified documents.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage scheduling conflicts and accommodate last-minute changes.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in technical documentation, particularly in writing design and engineering process documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word styles and Excel functionalities such as Pivot Tables and Vlookup.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and QuickBase.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SharePoint document archival and workflow management.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Experience in a collaborative document editing environment.
