Industrial Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Day Shift • Full-Time • On-Site

Lead a high-performance maintenance team at a fast-growing industrial manufacturing site!
We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and PLC troubleshooting experience to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

(We are NOT hiring building/apartment/facilities maintenance)

  • 3–5 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
    (experience with conveyors, motors, automated machinery, robotics a plus)
  • 2+ years lead, supervisor, or senior tech experience
  • Strong PLC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic troubleshooting
  • Welding/fabrication and equipment installation experience
  • Experience using a CMMS (maintenance scheduling, PM tracking)
  • Understanding of OSHA safety standards
  • Strong communicator and mentor who leads by example
  • Able to work varied hours if production requires

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and train Maintenance Technicians
  • Lead PMs, reactive repairs, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment
  • Work hands-on with motors, conveyors, PLC-controlled systems, pneumatics, hydraulics
  • Perform MIG/ARC welding, fabrication, and machinery installation
  • Use CMMS to schedule and document all maintenance activities
  • Manage parts inventory, vendors, and contractors
  • Ensure a safety-first culture and full OSHA compliance
  • Partner with Production to minimize downtime and improve reliability
