Job Summary
We are seeking a Playwright Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), Playwright, and GitHub Actions. The ideal candidate will focus on building reliable automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality application delivery. This role requires collaboration with developers and stakeholders to create automated test scenarios, improve testing practices, and maintain robust automation suites for ServiceNow GRC modules.

Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Development
  • Design and implement automated test cases for ServiceNow GRC modules using ServiceNow ATF and Playwright.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks and reusable test scripts.
  • Ensure automation coverage for functional, regression, and integration testing.

Collaboration & Requirement Analysis
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automated test scenarios.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Test Execution & Defect Management
  • Execute automated test suites and monitor test results.
  • Analyze failures, identify root causes, and log defects with proper documentation.
  • Ensure traceability and coverage for application features and configurations.

Continuous Integration & DevOps
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
