Position: RPA Developer
Location : Remote

Below JD/Skillset:

Drive end-to-end testing for RPA solutions across platforms such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere, encompassing functional, regression, and UAT phases. 
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases tailored to RPA workflows. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to accurately validate requirements and ensure successful automation outcomes. 
Assess bot logic, verify exception handling, and ensure data accuracy across integrated systems, including APIs and databases. 
Lead and mentor a team of testers, promoting best practices and ensuring delivery of high-quality results within timelines. Oversee defect management and reporting using tools like JIRA, while continuously improving testing processes to enhance the reliability, performance, and efficiency of automation solutions.

Owns quality strategy and standards for the core team
