This isn’t a traditional web development position.


You’ll help design and build AI receptionists, AI sales representatives, Voice AI agents, CRM solutions, custom SaaS applications, API integrations, and advanced automation systems that help small businesses become more efficient and profitable.

Required Qualifications

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position averaging 25–30 hours per week.

Your work schedule will be established at the time of hire based on project needs and mutual agreement.

All scheduled hours will be worked between:

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Phoenix, Arizona Time


Applicants must be able to consistently work their assigned schedule during these hours.


Contractor Expectations

This position is a 1099 Contract Position.

Contractors are responsible for providing their own:

· Computer and development equipment

· High-speed internet connection

· Backup internet (recommended)

· Backup power (recommended)

· Applicable taxes and contractor obligations


Compensation is based on approved hours worked.

High-performing contractors may be considered for future full-time employment as business needs grow.
