Senior QA Automation Engineer with bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and Technology or related and 5 yrs. of exp. to design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, AccelQ for Web, Mobile and API testing by following TDD and hybrid keyword-driven approaches. Integrate automation suites with Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, early defect detection, and faster feedback. Develop and execute API automation using REST Assured and Karate, covering CRUD operations and ensuring backend data validation. Build frameworks from scratch using Java, TestNG, Maven, and Node.js, manage code with Git, and conducts peer reviews to optimize test quality. Collaborate with stakeholders, maintain test plans in JIRA (Xray/Zephyr), and enhance automation coverage across web and mobile platforms. Exposure to Prompt Engineering by crafting effective inputs and instructions to guide AI models towards accuracy and high-quality outputs, using AI tools to streamline and automate processes improving efficiency.

Work location is 'Worcester, MA, with required to travel and work from various unanticipated client worksites throughout the USA.
