The Domestic Asian Marketing Executive Casino Host position will be responsible for the continuous acquisition of new players to grow property player base and increase revenues along with assuring retention and repeat business through all communication channels to include telemarketing with a focus on Domestic Asian clientele. The Domestic Asian Casino Host will constantly strive to exceed guest expectations through gracious and personalized service. The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for guest care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary.
Core Key Skills
  • Cultural Intelligence & Market Fluency- Deep understanding of diverse Asian cultures (Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Filipino, etc.) within the domestic U.S. market; Awareness of cultural etiquette, traditions, and guest expectations
  • Relationship Management & VIP Clientele- Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-value guests; Strong network within Asian business communities, social circles, and affluent clientele segments
  • Luxury Service & Wynn Standards- Expertise in ultra-luxury guest experience delivery, aligned with Wynn's Five-Star standards; Impeccable attention to detail in guest preferences, profiles, and service recovery
  • Sales Acumen & Revenue Generation- Strong understanding of casino/player development, hospitality sales, or high-end client acquisition; Driving incremental revenue through personalized offers and experiences
  • Multilingual Communication- Fluency or proficiency in one or more languages such as: Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese
  • Event Planning & Experience Curation- Expertise in organizing exclusive events, VIP activations, and cultural celebrations; Ability to design experiences aligned with Lunar New Year, Golden Week, Mid-Autumn Festival
  • Strategic Marketing Insight- Understanding of domestic Asian consumer behavior and travel patterns; Ability to support or inform targeted campaigns, database segmentation, VIP outreach strategies
  • Emotional Intelligence- Exceptional ability to read guest emotions and unspoken expectations; Skilled in resolving issues with grace, urgency, discretion
  • Cross-Functional Coordination- Collaborates seamlessly across casino operations, hotel front office, food & beverage, transportation and VIP services
  • Professional Presence & Brand Representation- Polished, refined, and luxury brand ambassador demeanor; Ability to represent Wynn Resorts at social events, community engagements, high-profile gatherings with elegance, credibility, and trust

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Work as a part of a team to grow the revenue and income managed by the Casino Marketing teams.
  • Develop one on one relationships with guests and provide exceptional service to cultivate and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure that all guests are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner. Resolve complaints and issues effectively while escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Must be knowledgeable of, and be able to explain, games offered by the casino, current marketing events, promotions and programs along with benefits and privileges of using a Red Card.
  • Supports and assists in promoting new Red Card enrollments.
  • Arrange reservations, transportation and accommodations for guests.
  • Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines.
  • Assist with player development events.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concise in the English language (both in verbal and written form) in addition to one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean
  • Possess a clear understanding of Asian culture
  • Must have at least two (2) years of previous experience as a casino host
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills for telemarketing and greeting guests
  • Ability to think independently in making real-time decisions to maximize guest service experience
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Possess sharply honed interpersonal skills, inspire confidence and exude authenticity with regard to both guest and team interactions
  • Effective time management skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Technical capacity; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must present as well-groomed and in business professional attire at all times
  • Must have High school diploma or equivalent; Additional education or related sales and marketing training strongly preferred
  • Must be flexible regarding schedule with the ability to work varied days and times
