About the role
This position is responsible for leading a team of Account Development Representatives (ADRs). As the team manager, you will oversee their training, coaching, and motivation to drive success in generating opportunities for the sales team. This includes following up on inbound leads, conducting targeted outbound calling, and executing campaigns aimed at potential clients. We are seeking an energetic and results-driven leader with strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to driving high activity and accountability to meet sales objectives. Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of Account Development Representatives.
  • Coach and develop team members, fostering growth and potential career progression into sales or other roles within Aptean.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance productivity.
  • Manage and guide ADRs to consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics such as dials, appointments set, conversion to qualified opportunities, and sales.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to maximize opportunities for converting them into viable sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to ensure the smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to increase the number of high-quality leads for the sales team, specifically within the ERP market.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and content that resonate with potential ERP buyers.
