  • Assistsย in the set-up, execution and breakdown of all on-site and off-site promotions andย special events: to include but not limitedย to,ย tournaments, drawings, VIP parties, and festivals.ย 
  • Works within a team to ensure that all items needed to carry out the promotion and/or special event are in theย appropriate placeย in a timely manner.ย 
  • Responsible for adhering toย establishedย policies and procedures for each promotion.ย 
  • Issuesย appropriate prizesย to guests.ย 
  • Performs on stage if necessary whileย utilizingย a microphone for announcements for drawings and/or events.ย 
  • Provide support and troubleshoot guest concerns with our marketing technology (app, offers, kiosks, etc.).ย 
  • Ensures that all advertising collateral and outdoor billboards are in compliance with the 800ย numberย Gambling Problem requirements.ย 
  • Opens jobs for, tracks and administers all advertising and collateral;ย assistsย in developing, processing,ย approvingย and monitoring advertising copy, creative, proofs, and final production of print, broadcast, digital,ย outdoorย and collateral.ย ย 
  • Ensureย that all advertising and collateralย areย posted in a timelyย mannerย and that outdated materials are removed promptly.ย 
  • Acts as a secondary cashier atย ticketed entertainment events.ย

  • Associate's degree (AA.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical schoolย preferred.ย 
  • Minimum of one year Casino Guest Serviceย experience;ย or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred.ย 
  • Must have moderate to high level computer skills, including experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.ย 
  • Must have the ability toย writeย reports and business correspondence.ย ย 
  • Mustย possessย excellent oral and written communication skills.ย ย 
  • Must have the ability toย identifyย problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions.ย ย 
  • Must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e., written, oral, etc.).ย ย
