Job Description: As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Supporting clients with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
  • Administering medications as per the care plan.
  • Monitoring and recording vital signs.
  • Assisting with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.

Qualifications:
