Primary Role & ResponsibilitiesTechnical Sales & Business Development
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the chemical engineering, plating, and electronics sectors. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients, conducting in-depth needs assessments and recommending optimal solutions from our comprehensive product portfolio. Provide expert guidance on chemical processes, plating techniques, and electronic manufacturing applications.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design customized manufacturing solutions that address their specific technical requirements, production constraints, and quality standards. Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, and cost analyses.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our manufacturing equipment and processes. Perform technical presentations to engineering teams, procurement departments, and executive leadership.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field required.
  • Proficiency with standard business software and collaboration tools, including Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, professional networking applications, and company intranet systems, required.
  • Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing processes preferred.
