Food Runner - PURE Taqueria Inman Park

Company Overview

Pure Taqueria has been serving up creatively authentic Mexican cuisine since it’s 2005 opening in Alpharetta, Georgia! Now located in 7 locations around the Atlanta area and growing. Our focus over the years has remained on serving incredible, made in-house from-scratch food in an upbeat, fun atmosphere with unforgettable service. With house-made corn tortillas and fresh, seasonal margaritas, we’re continually striving to become more authentic and more PURE!

Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and presentation of each dish
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or requests

Skills:
- Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of banquet operations and procedures
- Basic culinary skills for food preparation and plating
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software
