What youโ€™ll do
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria
  • Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing clear and timely communication to stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities related to server (Windows and Linux), container, and storage platforms, including upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle initiatives
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid, based on project needs
  • Ensure projects comply with financial services regulatory, risk, and security standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and documentation

Whatโ€™s required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of proven experience as a project or program manager within the financial services or technology industries
  • Strong track record managing complex infrastructure or platformโ€‘focused projects from inception through delivery
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of Windows and Linux server environments, including administration, patching, and lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with enterprise storage platforms, including SAN, NAS, and object storage, as well as cloud storage solutions including AWS, Azure, and GCP
  • Working knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyperโ€‘V, containerization, and infrastructure automation
  • Understanding of infrastructure change management and disaster recovery concepts
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across technical and business audiences
  • Strong analytical and problemโ€‘solving capabilities with a pragmatic, resultsโ€‘oriented approach
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastโ€‘paced, highโ€‘stakes environment with competing priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with proven ability to build effective relationships across diverse teams
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, observability, and performanceโ€‘management tools

The annual base salary range for this role is $185,000-$250,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
