Job Summary:
Valcourt Window Cleaning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee operational performance, safety, sales support, team development, and financial results across multiple branches or markets. This role is critical to ensure consistent service delivery, operational excellence, profitability, and growth throughout the assigned region.
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting branch leadership, driving P&L and EBITDA performance, improving operational processes, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment with Valcourt's standards, systems, and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Operational Leadership:
• Oversee daily operations across assigned branches or markets, ensuring adherence to Valcourt's operational standards and safety protocols.
• Partner with branch leaders to ensure consistent execution of service delivery, scheduling, production, quality control, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular branch, job site, and operational visits to assess performance, quality, safety compliance, and overall branch effectiveness.
• Ensure full compliance and adoption of company systems and tools, including Salesforce and BI financial reporting platforms.
• Identify operational gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency, productivity, and consistency across the region.
Financial Performance:
• Drive regional P&L performance, ensuring budgeted revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.
• Review and analyze financial data, KPIs, labor utilization, backlog, sales pipeline, and operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with branch leadership to develop and execute action plans that improve profitability, productivity, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct regular SWOT analysis to assess branch and regional performance and develop actionable strategies for improvement.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for assigned markets.
Sales and Client Support:
• Partner with branch and sales leadership to support sales growth, customer retention, and market expansion.
• Participate in sales ride-alongs, client meetings, and business reviews to coach, support, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Ensure full adoption of Sandler Sales Training methodologies and reinforce sales principles across the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular client visits and active engagement.
• Support branches in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and new market segments.
Team Development:
• Support branch leadership in hiring, onboarding, training, and developing technicians, operations staff, and management team members.
• Conduct regular 1-on-1s with branch leaders to provide clear direction, feedback, accountability, and support.
• Lead regional staff meetings and operational reviews to align teams on goals, performance expectations, and company initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, customer service, and continuous improvement.
• Develop future leaders by coaching managers and identifying opportunities for professional growth within the region.
Industry and Community Engagement:
• Represent Valcourt at industry and community events such as BOMA, IREM, and other networking opportunities.
• Actively engage with industry leaders, property managers, and organizations to strengthen Valcourt's reputation as a market leader.
• Support local branches in building strong market presence and client relationships.
Safety and Compliance:
• Maintain a strong focus on employee safety, ensuring compliance with all company safety standards, OSHA requirements, and operational protocols.
• Conduct regular safety reviews, job site inspections, and follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and risk prevention throughout the region.
• Partner with branch teams to ensure all employees are properly trained and following safety procedures.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in regional operations leadership, sales support, and financial accountability within a service-based organization.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple branches, markets, or teams with responsibility for P&L, EBITDA, and operational performance.
• Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing KPIs, budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, and profitability metrics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, BI financial reporting, and other operational tools.
• Strong understanding of Sandler Sales Training principles with the ability to coach and reinforce methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic execution.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region to support branches, clients, and field operations.
• Experience in window cleaning, commercial services, facilities services, exterior building maintenance, or a related industry preferred.
