Title: Advertising Operations Manager

Department: Sales Development

Reports to: Director of Sales Operations

We are seeking a detail-driven Advertising Operations Manager to support digital, social, linear, and streaming advertising initiatives.

In this role, you will help bring advertising campaigns to life across digital and television platforms, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly, and every campaign performs at its highest potential.

This role partners closely with the Director of Sales Operations and plays a critical role in the execution of advertising campaigns from planning through reporting.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of digital, social, and linear campaigns via media planning and insertion order processing, asset collection, creative QA, trafficking review, and campaign launch.
  • Serve as a liaison between advertising partners, creative agencies, and internal ad operations teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor campaign pacing to ensure full delivery; identify optimization and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Lead the coordination and communication of custom programs and branded content from concept through delivery to editorial and production teams.
  • Meet weekly with the Ad Ops team to monitor progress, manage timelines, and delivery of assets.
  • Build and maintain organized workflows for television commercial scheduling, including network slotting and ratings documentation. Assist partners as needed with commercial submission process.
  • Generate reports, compile campaign proof of delivery, and assist with accounting and performance reporting.
  • Manage advertising/revenue slotting calendar.
  • Maintain and communicate streaming schedules.

Skills/Attributes Required

  • Bachelor's degree required, concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital media within a publisher, agency, or related environment
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools, including Google Campaign Manager, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Innovid, and IAS.
  • Experience with video content platforms (e.g., Brightcove, Livestream), including ad integration and reporting.
  • A detailed mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • An initiative-taking, solutions-oriented approach
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
