Job Description

We are looking for a passionate & creative, results-driven Social Platform Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lane Brands team to create a monthly content calendar across all social channels (Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Facebook), telling seasonal and impactful stories across all of our channels throughout the year
  • Act as creative lead for daily content across social channels including sourcing or creating content, managing social photoshoots, and creative development.
  • Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build overall social strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and revenue goals. 
  • Support growth objectives by maintaining a high level of community engagement across all social platforms that results in increased brand advocacy and awareness. 
  • Measure, report, and analyze the performance of social assets across channels and translate findings into actionable recommendations and optimizations. 
  • When appropriate, collaborate with agency partners to create timelines for deliverables and projects and set internal deadlines; this includes planning for sales, seasonal promotions, press releases, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing director to ensure social commerce accounts including Facebook Commerce and Shopify Sales Channels are working properly.
  • Monitor social media platforms for UGC, product feedback, relevant trends, etc.
  • Work closely with Product Design team to ensure product and lifestyle photography is consistent with brand style guidelines.
  • Develop a PR outreach program - similar to influencers and/or ambassadors - to increase brand awareness amongst the most relevant publishers.
  • Develop comprehensive public relations plans, which include media relations, social media, among other related activities, to accompany and support product launches and segment marketing initiatives.
  • Manage all social assets and UGC content maintaining naming convention standards and organization within our asset tool (currently DropBox).
  • Supervise community engagement to drive positive brand conversations. Ensure questions, comments and related opportunities are handled with a well-executed, high-touch experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong organization skills, comfortable juggling multiple tasks on deadline and able to work well with individuals and teams. 
  • Great email & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with various influencer technology platforms such as RewardStyle and Wooly as well as analytics platforms such as Sprout.
