Job description

The Marlin Alliance is seeking a highly experienced Senior-Level Power Platform Developer to provide client support to our Navy client. This is a fully remote position, but applicants must have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Microsoft 365 (M365) Power Automate workflows and enterprise-grade Power Apps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Power Platform tools, advising clients on best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and analytics to support decision-making and reporting.
  • Manage high-visibility projects involving process improvement, data analysis, and collaboration.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and virtual demos for stakeholders and end-users.
  • Provide strategic guidance for leveraging the full M365 ecosystem, including Teams and Dataverse.
  • Support and mentor junior and mid-level developers in workflow development and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active or ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
