Job Description Power Platform Automation Engineer Charlotte, NC 12+ months - HYBRID ONSITE $58-60/hr W2 WE WILL ACCEPT VISA CANDIDATES ON THIS ROLE Requirements Details: 9+ years of Automation Engineering or Software Engineering experience with a High School Diploma/GED, or 7+ years with an Associate's Degree. Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and at least one RPA tool (UIPath, Automation Anywhere/Automation 360, Blue Prism, Kofax RPA, or similar). Experience with Python, PowerShell, or another scripting language.

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform development and automation solutions. Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and system integrations. Familiarity with Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Understanding of Azure/cloud infrastructure, data centers, and cloud-native automation. Experience building and deploying automation solutions independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with Microsoft development tools/IDEs.

Understanding of microservices and modern application development. Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including authentication, authorization, and encryption.
