Job Description

  • Responsible for being a hands-on engineering leader with 12 direct reports in a non-union plastic injection molding environment
  • Will lead lean/six sigma and 5s manufacturing initiatives
  • Will monitor production processes to meet and exceed production requirements, be cost effective and improve safety

Key Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in engineering management
  • Injection molding experience is required
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
  • Hands-on
  • Automation experience is a big plus
