Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Process Technician to set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic injection molding machines. You’ll help maintain efficient production while ensuring every molded part meets our quality and safety standards.

Compensation and Schedule

• $32–$36 per hour

• Full-time night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• Rotating schedule with three days on followed by three to four days off

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines

• Monitor production and adjust machine parameters to maintain quality and efficiency

• Manage material flow throughout the molding process

• Identify and resolve processing, equipment, and quality issues

• Perform routine maintenance checks on machines, molds, and related equipment

• Follow all quality procedures and workplace safety protocols
