About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about functional medicine, longevity and preventive healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans focused on optimizing patient health, wellness and quality of life through evidence-based functional and integrative medicine approaches.
Services may include hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapies, nutritional support, metabolic health assessments, lifestyle interventions, hair restoration therapies and other evidence-based wellness treatments tailored to each patient's individual goals.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • National board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • Certification or advanced training in Functional Medicine, Integrative Medicine or a related specialty preferred.
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies or wellness medicine strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical weight management therapies, including GLP-1 medications.
  • Strong clinical assessment, patient education and communication skills.
