Plastic Surgery Office Manager / Cosmetic Surgical Patient Coordinator

Schedule: Part-Time | 3 Days per Week | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional late evening until 6:00 PM)

Salary: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Our growing Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery practice is seeking an experienced, personable, and proactive Office Manager / Cosmetic Surgical Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building patient relationships while helping grow a thriving cosmetic practice.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, mature, and able to think quickly on their feet. You should be a strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cosmetic surgery consultations and guide patients through the surgical process
  • Manage patient scheduling, follow-ups, and treatment coordination
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting patient relationships
  • Assist with practice growth through patient engagement and conversion
  • Handle administrative tasks, phone calls, and front office operations
  • Work collaboratively with the surgeon and clinical team

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Plastic Surgery or Aesthetic Surgery Coordinator and/or Office Manager preferred
  • Experience in a plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, or medical spa setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
