Cellofoam North America Inc. is an industry leading plastics manufacturing and service company. We manufacture a uniquely diverse portfolio of proprietary and custom products to serve an ever expanding and diverse market base. Cellofoam North America Inc. has been built on a vision for new business opportunities and executing those opportunities by re-investing internally and through acquisitions.
Our company is seeking talented, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our building products sales team in the following markets: Oklahoma, Arkansas, Indiana, Ohio and Philadelphia.
The qualified candidate will have 3 years of related sales experience and will be primarily responsible for developing target accounts and maintaining and driving new business within the designated territory. This role plays a significant impact on our continued success. For ambitious candidates, there is abundant opportunity for professional and personal growth.
We offer a base salary commensurate with related experience, commissioned compensation plan, benefits that include medical, dental, vision and 401(K), a company vehicle or automobile allowance and PTO.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Sales Representative:
  • Prospect, research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to insure growth attainment.
  • Grow current business by presenting new products.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers within the sales territory.
  • Client account management to include communications related to service delivery and trouble-shooting for project issues.
  • Forecast sales targets and track activity.
  • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Remains current and professional in industry trends.
  • Prepare and maintain strategic account plans.
  • Develop and actively maintain project and sales funnel.
  • Travel is required.

Education, Knowledge and Skill:
  • College Degree preferred or equivalent of education and industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the building products industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ridged insulation applications used in the building products industry or the commercial roofing market is a plus.
  • Strong networking, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, dependable and persistent personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a strong commitment to achieve company sales goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills combined with strong presentation competencies and ability to communicate value to all levels within a customer's organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and possess excellent phone and email communication skills.
  • Proficient in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.)
