What You'll Do

As a Quality Auditor, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality and supporting our Zero Defects culture by inspecting products, auditing processes, and partnering with production teams to drive continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-process and final audits on molded parts and assemblies.
  • Verify compliance with control plans, inspection instructions, and customer specifications.
  • Perform visual, dimensional, color, and packaging inspections.
  • Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process to maintain Zero Defects standards.
  • Verify operator inspection activities and testing procedures.
  • Ensure production maintains accurate traceability records.
  • Confirm product labels contain accurate information and meet customer requirements.
  • Review and evaluate products placed on hold for quality concerns.
  • Document audit findings and communicate results to supervisors and production teams.
  • Support containment activities, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in SPC, capability studies, and Quality Management System activities.
  • Conduct daily machine audits to ensure proper setup and compliance with quality standards.
  • Place non-conforming material on hold and notify appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain quality records in accordance with company and IATF requirements.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
  • Use gauges, calipers, and other measurement tools accurately.
