PLASTICS PACKER
Rotating Shifts
5:00 am - 5:30 pm
$21.01 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Retrieve finished units from final inspection
  • Remove defective sheets from units
  • Verify proper placement of I.D. tags on packed units
  • Prepare and include installation and instruction kits with each unit
  • Accurately count and record packed items
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment
  • Follow all required safety regulations and company procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by supervision
  • Follow specific instructions for each unit being packed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of packing procedures, materials, equipment, and computers
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and stooping
  • Tolerance for heat, chemicals, and dust exposure
  • Ability to distinguish between shades of colors
  • Steel toe shoes required
  • Must be able to transition to 2nd shift when reassigned
