We are ISO13485 and AS9100 certified and known for our precision, reliability, and ability to rescue complex tooling and mold transfer projects.

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a high‐energy, tech‐savvy Inside Sales Representative who can help us scale by driving outbound outreach, qualifying new opportunities, and using AI tools to dramatically increase efficiency and output.

⭐ What You’ll Do

Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Make 100–150 outbound touches per week (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Build targeted prospect lists using Databases
  • Engage engineering, sourcing, and program management contacts
  • Run multi‐step outreach sequences to generate interest

AI‐Enhanced Sales Productivity

  • Use AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, CRM AI, LinkedIn AI) to:
    • Draft outreach emails and sequences
    • Personalize messaging at scale
    • Summarize customer calls and notes
    • Research prospects and industries
    • Automate repetitive tasks
    • Improve follow‐up speed and consistency
  • Identify new ways to automate workflows and increase efficiency

Qualify Leads & Book Meetings

  • Identify decision makers and uncover pain points
  • Qualify opportunities using BANT + Fit
  • Schedule discovery calls for the President and Sales Engineer
  • Prepare handoff notes and follow‐up tasks

CRM Ownership

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Use CRM automation to streamline tasks
  • Track all activities, notes, and pipeline stages

RFQ & Sales Support

  • Gather technical details for quoting
  • Coordinate with engineering and operations
  • Follow up on quotes until decision
  • Support customer onboarding for new accounts

  • 2+ years in inside sales, SDR, or lead generation (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong phone presence — comfortable making daily calls
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Experience with ZoomInfo or similar prospecting tools
