We have an immediate opening for an Injection Mold Technician
1st shift Monday through Friday
Pay rate $22 - $24/DOQ
6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
  1. Manage conveyor lines to ensure continuous production of the correct product.
  2. Set up, start up, troubleshoot, and monitor injection molding machines.
  3. Make machine adjustments, including injection pressure and cycle time modifications, to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  4. Troubleshoot molding and process-related issues.
  5. Inspect molded products for dimensional and surface defects.
  6. Support mold changes and ensure proper startup procedures.
  7. Record scrap and production data accurately in ERP systems.
  8. Remove finished product off of conveyor line and box.
  9. Maintain departmental safety and housekeeping standards in designated work areas.
  10. React positively to change and

Qualifications
  • Prior experience (2 years) injection molding experience and/or equivalent education, training, or job-related experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Demonstrate effective team and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Must be able to stand for full shift (8 to 10 hours).
  • Able to lift and/or move 35 lbs. regularly.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Reliable attendance is a must.
