Role: Molding Assembly/ Process Technician
Location: Libertyville, IL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up andย operateย injection molding machines
  • Install/removeย molds, tooling, and fixtures
  • Assembleย plastic molded components
  • Monitor production parametersย (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
  • Performย quality inspectionsย on finished parts
  • Troubleshoot minor defectsย andย maintain production records
  • Followย safety and manufacturing standards

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of injection molding / plastics manufacturing experience
