Role: Molding Assembly/ Process Technician
Location: Libertyville, IL

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate injection molding machines
  • Install/remove molds, tooling, and fixtures
  • Assemble plastic molded components
  • Monitor production parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time)
  • Perform quality inspections on finished parts
  • Troubleshoot minor defects and maintain production records
  • Follow safety and manufacturing standards

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of injection molding / plastics manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge of molding processes and equipment

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Experience with measurement tools (calipers, gauges)
