Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor department machines and equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Manufacturing Procedures (MP), job orders, specifications, engineering drawings, and special instructions.

  • Ensure adherence to quality system requirements specific to the medical device manufacturing industry.

  • Perform routine setup, adjustment, and troubleshooting of molding equipment.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and quality checks.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Previous experience in the medical device industry is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality System Regulations (QSR), and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well with all department levels.

  • 3rd Shift: Monday–Saturday (rotating Saturdays), 10:00 PM – 6:20 AM (requires 4 weeks of training on 2nd shift)
