Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Perform mold set up and color changes to meet production demands as needed.
•Troubleshoot mold processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
•Set molding process parameters to ensure product meets dimensional and quality requirements. •Provide assistance to molding operators and assemblers.
•Oversee the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with mold processing, mold maintenance, equipment maintenance and repair. (Documented mold set ups, write ups for routine maintenance to Quality Team, etc)
•Assist with compliance and documentation to all molding area related procedures, policies and work instructions.
•Participate in and support the Quality Management System.
•Document, report and maintain all critical production information.
•Support new tool design and development.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Minimum of 4 years injection molding experience with at least 2 years in a tooling setup role. Read and Write in English. Be able to Lift 50 lbs. This company is a drug and alcohol free facility.
