Fowler, CA | Full-Time | 2nd Shift 4pm-12:30am , Monday-Friday

**Please note, this role is currently located in Fowler, CA with future plans to move to Visalia,CA in 2026. Must be able to commute to the new location!**

Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for machinery? We’re looking for a proficient, reliable, and people-focused shift lead to keep our injection molding department running smoothly. If you know your way around machines (injection molding experience is a plus) and can lead a team with confidence, we would love to speak with you!

You’ll:

  • Lead and support technicians and temporary staff on the floor.
  • Keep production on schedule while ensuring top-notch quality.
  • Work with maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.
  • Promote safety, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
