What You’ll Do:

You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing the machinery that keeps our lines moving.  Every day brings something new, and your problem-solving skills will shine. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose & repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical & mechanical issues

  • Perform welding & fabrication as needed

  • Follow OSHA & EPA standards

  • Work independently while making fast, informed decisions by following written and verbal instructions

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years in Industrial Maintenance

  • Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, basic electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting & repair

  • Welding / fabrication skills a plus

  • Strong communication, safety mindset and tool ownership

Hiring Requirements:

  • Drug Screen, background check, and pre-employment physical with a lift test

  • Reference check

  • Must own basic tools

Pay & Perks:

  • $20-$30/hr starting pay – Raise at 90 days

  • $2/hr shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts

  • Quarterly Bonus - Average $1,500
