Redi-Bag is a leading manufacturer in the plastic bag industry, known for producing high-quality and sustainable packaging solutions. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Packers at our plastic extrusion plant.

Job Description

We are looking for temporary Packers to play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that our plastic bags are efficiently and accurately packed. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Efficiently pack plastic bags according to production specifications and quality standards.
  2. Conduct basic quality checks on packed bags for defects or issues and report any discrepancies.
  3. Follow packing guidelines and procedures to ensure the integrity and appearance of the finished product.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized packing area, disposing of waste and packaging materials appropriately.
  5. Communicate any shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to the Shift Supervisor or relevant personnel.
  6. Read and follow packing instructions and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and product quality.
  7. Collaborate with the production team to ensure a smooth flow of finished products for packing.
  8. Lifting 50 lbs frequently, with occasional lifting greater than 75 pounds.
