Apply Category: Engineering & Scientific, Engineering Title: Manufacturing Project Engineer Location: Minnetonka, MN Duration: 12 Month 100% Onsite Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support New Product Development projects. This role will coordinate project activities, track deliverables, work with suppliers and vendors, manage logistics, and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Monitor project progress and resolve issues to minimize delays.

Build and maintain project schedules, plans, budgets, and forecasts. Coordinate materials, vendors, inspections, and logistics activities. Track supplier commitments and ensure materials arrive on time.

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external vendors. Conduct meetings and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Qualifications: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong problem-solving mindset with a proven ability to independently drive tasks to completion. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Clear, respectful, and effective communication skills. Team player with a curious and collaborative approach. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with engineering, manufacturing processes, or inspection techniques.

Medical device or quality system experience. Project management tools such as Planview or MS Project. Experience with SAP, SAP Ariba, Windchill, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.

Success in this role includes ensuring vendor commitments are met, materials arrive on time, quality system deliverables are completed as scheduled, and project risks are clearly identified and managed.
