What does a plant worker do?

Plant workers are employees who work in industrial facilities such as manufacturing plants, power plants, or processing plants. Their responsibilities can include operating machinery, monitoring production processes, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety standards are met. The specific duties depend on the type of plant, but plant workers are essential for keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. They often work as part of a team and may need to follow strict guidelines and procedures.

What are some common challenges faced by workers in a plant environment, and how can they be addressed?
