Plant Manager
You would be working for a family-owned business with a very friendly atmosphere that is an established leader in our industry. Customer service is paramount to our success. We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful leader with exceptional interpersonal skills to provide overall leadership to our Cullman, AL facility. You would be responsible for meeting the objectives of the company's overall vision and strategy. This position serves as a member of the Advanced Heat Treat executive management team and reports to the Vice of Corporate Operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Facility manager of the Cullman Alabama business unit.
  • Continue to enhance upon our strong culture and build long-lasting employee and customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with other business areas and units to achieve financial and strategic goals.
  • Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are met.
  • Drive facility continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage effective customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure facility team members are effectively trained and developed.
  • Will require travel to customers and the corporate facility.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a business or technical field preferred and 7+ years in a manufacturing environment with supervisory experience.
  • Prior heat treat and/or sales experience a plus
